Parents,
It was so nice to see all of your children today. I hope you all had a safe and winter break. I pray that 2013 will hold blessings and many happy memories for each of you.
Tomorrow is National Show and Tell Day so each student may bring in something for show and tell tomorrow. Remember no weapons of any kind, and no dogs or cats.
On the Kindergarten website: mrsmetz.educatorpages.com I have the vocabulary list 1 that we have been working on in class. These are all words that go up on our Word Wall. All of the students will be tested next week to see if they have mastered them for their 2nd quarter report card. As in the email sent out before break, please practice these words with your child and make sure that they can read them without sounding them out.

Daily
- Practice Vocabulary List 1 (on the website)
- Memorize Proverbs 13:20
- Write down spelling lesson 8 words each day.
Tuesday and Thursday:
- Read a familiar story to work on fluency. ( reading like we talk and not like a robot)
- Read the story marked with the Post It note.
